Size varies a lot based on Strain, Light, soil and water. Mostly Strain. I have had some plants start off growing like crazy and others just take their sweet time. I do know that once the roots hit the bottom of your container/pot it will start to shoot up quickly. We start our seeds and little clones off in just a small 1"x1" cube. Once the roots are showing they move into a 4" pot for about 2 weeks where they start growing up quickly before they get moved into 1 gal pots. Then 2 weeks later into their final 5 gal pots. I know some prefer not to have the stalled period that happens when you transplant, but I like big plants and always try to get them to at least 24" tall for indicas and 36" for sativas/hybrids, just my personal preference. Yours looks healthy, so just give it another couple of weeks.

Not specially. Some are smaller some are bigger at the same stage. To be abble to compare it would be easier to grow 3/4 seeds and see the difference between the plants to spot the slow one or the big one

Your doing OK. Can try putting a soda bottle over top to increase the humidity/temp and promote growth. Just watch don't get too hot.

Also, if you're new like me don't compare your self too much to others on here in week 2. They might have started from a clone, or didn't count seedling as veg, or have different genetics, or different setup, or they just have way more experience. The other advice you get might help it grow a little faster but so far it looks healthy... Don't worry be happy.

@Ganjee Hi mate Try keeping the light a bit further away during this very young stage of life and maybe think about moving her into it's final grow out pot soonish Once she has 5 sets of true leaves (not counting rounded cotyledon leaves) you can go ahead and top if that is what you have planned Good luck Mate

hi @Ganjee, it looks good, sometimes the first 2 weeks the plant grows slower and from the third week it starts to grow faster. to get around the situation try to establish the pH at 6, do not soak the substrate too much so as not to block the growth of the roots like that of the plant, let the substrate dry well between each watering and keep the humidity of your grow at 70% / 80%. good luck mate
