Deficiency or screw up?

What is this? At first I thought it was a phosphorus deficiency so I flushed with extra bloom nutes & overnight the damage doubled. Is it a pest or did I just fuck up bad? She also has seemed to have stopped growing. No noticeable diff in size recently

It does look like a phosphorus problem on the 1st picture. Then when I look at the others I'm unsure. Perhaps check your Ph on run off. So you had a problem and flushed with bloom nutrient. If you have a problem it's 1st better off doing a flush with ph water. If you haven't been getting regular run off you may have a build up of salts in the soil and an incorrect soil ph.

Buon giorno weed doctors, did anyone have similar uniform chlorosis at the top or maybe knows what's up? What could be the reason and the solution? ThIs this some sort of immobile nutrient deficiency or excess? Could this be caused by heat and light stress? She is 80cm tall and almost touches the lights in the tent. I'm usually suffering from Calmag and Nitrogen issues and haven't yet experienced yellowing from the top. Thanks

I keep loosing leaves to some sort of nasty necrosis. It affects leaves at all levels, small and big randomly. I believe it is calcium deficiency also could be Manganese from the pictures. I did not add CalMag during the first weeks.
Usually Calcium deficiency shows after 4 weeks and during flower but not likely in soil.

Runoffs are significantly below inputs-Do I have a problem?Runoff continues to be a mystery.
