lol if you have an infestation attacking your roots, then yes, it is most likely that.
very unlikely nutrition related, as the plant is relatively healthy otherwise.
if it is something that lays larva in substrate, Bti should be effective. thrips don't reproduce that way, from what i know? but that's reference info you can look up. Can use pyrethrines to kill thrips. it's contact only. Don't spray on flower. Bti is safe anytime

Am I about to give my plant a nitrogen overdose?Today I noticed that some of the leaves tips were curling a bit down, being a bit darker and they seem to have some wrinkles too. Could it be nitrogen overdose? How would you correct that? Less fish mix or switch to bio grow?Week 5

Nitrogen toxicity? Deficiency? Something else? Stumped!I don't get it. Is this N toxicity? Serrated upturned edges, clawing, slow growth. But how? FFHF 75% FFOF 25%. Just Cal-Mag water. No food.
