What are key factors by which I should take the judgement of when is the right time for harvest?

Letting the pot sit on runoff water.I've been letting the runoff on the little plates below on the pot.
I've read yesterday that it was a bad idea and i should remove the runoff and let plates dry.
So just to confirm.
I shouldn't let the plants sit on the runoff water? Correct?

Can seedlings be in tent with flowering plantsCan you run a 250w veg light and a 600w flowering light together Iv got 2 in the last few weeks but Iv just germinated another 2 seeds last time I tried a seedling under just flowering light it didn’t do very much growing so I put it in a friend’s tent under veg light for last 3Week 9

When to harvest?Beginner question:
Would you say this is ready to harvest soon or should I wait some more? Leaves turning autumn colors, 3/4 of pistils turned orange.
Trichomes look rather clear, but some on the head bud are amber already.
RQS says 8-9 weeks. Starting week 9 soon.2y ago

Hermaphrodite Questions. Is my she also a he?!How worried should I be with a possible hermaphrodite? Ive found a total of 4 pollen pods. ive wiped the leaves from 2 that opened n spread the pollen on sum lower leaves. I don’t see any banana appendages. Have I over-dried? Should I be worried?I cut my f. banana autos on 10/03. They dried in my tent with extraction and oscillating fan on for 13 days - Avg rH 55, Temp 16.5 . They didn't pass the 'snap test' but I guessed they were dry. Stored in jars with Boveda 62 overnight and today rH is 54-56. Is this a problem?Other. Harvest - Curing
