Previous Qu gave me varied replies. Is it Coco Coir residue from the bottom canopy and insects and their eggs? If so which insect? How to treat?

Used a magnifying glass as im training SCROG, it is possible they're bits of coco coir. My previous Qu, various people said they're either THRIPS, SPIDER MITES, APHIDS. Can anyone tell me for 110% certain? Thinking about buying SWIRSKI ULTI-MITE, by KOPPERT as a remedy? HELP PLS

Note I applied a fertiliser 48 hours ago for THRIPS APHIDS AND SPIDER MITES. Removed 90% of the infected leaves and noticed theyre mainly on the bottom canopy near the soil where they receive less sunlight. I will go and buy some predatory mites and release them tonight, hopefully they will do the job. People have recommended that I use ladybugs, but studies conducted that 95% of them fly way within the first 48hours and that means like a waste of money when they cost 1 dollar a bug. Ill need hundreds and keep repeating. Hopefully the mites will stay in the plant as they have no wings and do the job. If you research SWIRSKI ULTI-MITE – KOPPERT, you can see they do fantastic products to kill these devil bugs. SAVE MY CROP, I NEED A BUD DOCTOR. So thankful in advance for everyone time, attention and experience
