Seedling sprouted but looks weird.

My seedling sprouted out of the soil, but it is totally white, and the shell hasn't broken off yet?? I've never seen this, nor can I find any info on if it's good still or should I scrap it??

That has happened to me once, just wait it out, the shell will split and it should grow from there.
It will just take a bit longer to get started.
The shell of the seed sometimes sticks to the seedling, which is not unusual. It often falls off on its own after a few days.
If it doesn't, you can gently try to remove it, but be careful not to damage the seedling.
Also, Ensure the seedling is getting enough light.

If you can see if you can pry the shell open, try not touch the naked seed with germ ridden

I’m going to use Batmix, but as this can be overkill of nutritions on seedlings i was thinking either dig a hole in the pot and fill it with lightmix and the rest with batm., or put them in 1L pots of lightmix first?
