Plant stunted or weak pheno ?

Is this plant stunted or can it still live up to its potential ? It is a fastbuds blue dream'matic strain, and had a bit of nutrient burn in the beginning. Its about 5 weeks old. Her same age indoor sister had training and looks really good. I have really good outdoor conditions.

How long until flower ? Why not flowering ?When i look at other peoples diaries i see that their plants most likely start flowering at Week 5-6, some even flower earlier but mine doesnt look like she is flowering any time soon. Soil Bluetooth MeterI just got a soil meter for measuring soil temp, fertilizer, moisture & lux. I’m not Sure if it’s working right cuz I just watered the day before yesterday & added nutrients. The lux makes since but I’m still not sure what the numbers mean including the fertilizer data given.

Slimey/Webby parts of the flower? Looks like rot or mold?I removed the infected parts of the plant and defoliated the fan leaves around the sites to help with aeration. Did she go past her prime and now she is dying? Or just because of high humidity in the air?

Early Pistilss?? or Autoflower??My plant started producing pistils last week. I bought it from a friend, he said its Humboldt Seed Company's Banana Mango seed and he said he bought it from the autoflower aisle but the website said Banana Mango is a photoperiod seed. So i go 18/6 light period. Is it auto? :(Week 4
