Just leave them until you are ready to transplant.
The less stress they go through, the better.
No matter how careful you are, each time you transplant, the plants suffer a bit, meaning they are just as well to stay as is, rather than double handling/transplanting, which could slow growth more than if you had just left them as they are now.
You can still transplant up until about the second week of flowering, so you still have plenty of time to wait for the soil to "cook".
Personally, I like to have all my soil mixes made up already even before I plant any seeds, this way you don't have to wait for any "cooking" to occur.
