Nutrient burn/nitrogen toxicity?

I seem to be experiencing nutrient burn and nitrogen toxicity, is this fixed by just flushing with PH’d water for the next couple feedings?

Nutrient burn or light damage?Burnt tips appeared around week 3. I think the bio tabs are a bit too hot for this plant. The plant is growing at a good rate so I don't think a lockout is occurring. Ppm too high for AutosI think my ppms are too high. I am growing in organic and feeding cal mag, mammoth p, molasses, recharge and every other week a tea with living soil girl flower power. Ph Is around 6.7 and giving it 6.5. Ppms are in the 3000 range. While two other are 1900 and look great. Day 62

Is this light burn?Is this light burn? If not what is it?
It's under a Phillips 13w household led 2700k bulb, it's not the only affected area but it's the most affected and the closest to the bulb.
I plan to add more but don't want the issue to accelerate.
