I seem to be experiencing nutrient burn and nitrogen toxicity, is this fixed by just flushing with PH’d water for the next couple feedings?

All of my plants have started to burn yellow in colour when they switched to flower, they have also lost they lovely green colour and started to go lime. Too much nitrogren still in the soil? Or Just a deficiency? They have recently been fed 1ML fishmix and 2ML Bloom.Week 5

Does anyone knows if should I flush the pot ahead of time to reduce nutrients levels?As you can see from last pic from week 6, I have used pre amended soil with 2.5 % of Nitrogen on dry mass. (sorry for the italian).

low pH problemsI discovered that I had irrigated with water at pH 3.5 for at least 5 days.
yesterday I used water at pH 5.7 and today I think it will increase to 6, but I noticed that burns are already starting to appear so should I continue like this and hope for the best or do a root wash?5 years ago

Nitrogen toxicity??Does this look like nitrogen toxicity to you guys? I have fed them only a little fish mix but I added some humus (worm castings) to soil when they got re potted and maybe too much? Is this heat light burn? HPS 600w at 20cmIs this light heat burn?? These are all buds at the top of the canopy and they are the ones nearer to the lights.
