Nutrient burn/nitrogen toxicity?

I seem to be experiencing nutrient burn and nitrogen toxicity, is this fixed by just flushing with PH’d water for the next couple feedings?

Leaves tips look burnedAny suggestion of how could make her look healthier? Tips look burnt and leave color is not great. Also my plant is very short, 25cm. I didn't feed her any nutrients so far, only water pH6.5. The soil (atami kilomix) was heavy fertilized with bat guano. Is she needing something?

signs:
- Leaves turning lightgreen/yellow.
- Tips of the leaves are pointing/curling down and are brown and brittle.

Situation getting worse. GGrowth almost stopped, leaves growing very thin and small. What am I doing wrong ..? Not the first time this happened. Thanks!I've posted a day or two ago question about this girl as she slowed down growth and drooped+small leaves +red leaf stem.
