Trip Report: Very speedy, the high came up and down every 5-10 minutes. Pretty good casual hangout bud for sure. No signs of tiredness with it.
The smell: The red/pheno smelled the best- It smells like fruit punch mixed with weed, To date, my favorite smelling bud. The green and hybrid phenos weren't as fruity, def had a more gas smell to them
Bud structure: The hybrid pheno was our biggest bud to date, were expecting to pull a huge yield in our next crop. The red/purple pheno was not as dense compared to the other phenos
Yield:
2oz of purple/red pheno
5.4 oz of hybrid pheno
8.6 oz of green phenos
Overall, if you get get a purple/ red pheno, keep it, its a nice novelty strain to have and to give out to friends.
The cloning process of this strain was really hard, they did not like to be cloned, we thought we lost all of them.
Some phenos grew really tall, the 3 that we posted about specifically, other phenos grew really short and got over shadowed
Pretty happy that Project Red Tide is finally over, didn't exactly go as planned but we learned a lot from it.
pretty run of the mill nutrient burn, it's been shocked and will be stunted forever. No worries though : this is why we germinate more than we keep right? Hope this helps ! π
Keep your fingers crossed for red. I think their site said it may start to turn last couple of weeks in flower. Good luck. I'm watching all grows of this variety for red pheno. If I see it I will invest in this seed.
To see what's happening to the seeds we would like to know if you have given food to them. If you only have used plain water at the beginning, the plants can show these deficiencies.
@Sweet_Seeds,Will do! We are watering 30ml every 12 hours. This the problem one is bouncing back, the second set of leaves are starting to come out. Our nutrient bath is running out so the next batch will be 500 :D
@PlaguedGardens, yup! but is it growing at the optimal rate and will it reach optimal final maturity size? All i say is : you wont know until you grow , whatever happens there will be a result ! π
