My main stem snapped when trying to do some lst. I splinted it and taped it up. Anything else I should do?

Give it at least 10 days then pull the tape off. You will get some permanent browning around the wound, don't freak out. You may have problems if it's taped too tightly so maybe after a few days, untape it and re-tape it. If you don't think it's too tight, you can probably wait the full 10 days before touching it again.

Mi sembra già abbastanza secco .... puoi mettere degli ormoni per sare le talee e innastrare con nastro di carta

Yeah I agree this should do the trick, if it’s not too much damage. It kinda looks like you didn’t immediately splint and tape tho. That first close up shot appears to show some browning around the wound as if it was left for several hours before you did the tape job. If that’s the case I’d be a bit more concerned about it’s likely recovery, but at this point there’s not much you can do. You’ll know with a day or so if she’s dying off above the break cuz it will start wilting and drying out.. Good luck!

You've already done the best you can do honestly - perhaps a stem strengthening nutrient (i.e. I believe that B-52 by AN worked well when I snapped a stem) might help hasten the healing, but otherwise the tape is tried and true. Best of luck mate.
