Highly probable that it's being caused by one of these two factors:
1.) Nitrogen Toxicity - It causes dark green leaves and curled tips (“the claw”).
2.) Wind Burn - You’ll notice that the leaves further from the fan don’t have symptoms.

Hi! I couldn't find the grow diary, so I don't know about how often you water them.. they look drowned to me, but I just can guess from remoteness.. ;)
Also you could check the pH of the run off, check if it's too low. That would cause lots of different problems.

This run was planted in 1 Gallon Fabric Pots - They are doing very well at the moment, I thought I may want to move them into bigger pots, I feel like they would stall a bit, focusing on root production, but wasn't sure if it would create any permanent negative harm to plants.
