Leaves are getting yellow and burnt

The leaves are turning yellow with some chlorosis on the edges and in the middle of the leaf. Anyone knows what causes this and how to fix it?
She didn't get any CalMag until last week and I didn't add any high phosphorus and potassium sources to the medium.

Hi there, I assume that your plant is suffering from nute burn and lock out.When I read in your diary, you give water with nutrient solution and didn't let the water to be run off.I think that cause your medium to increase in EC(ppm) and become lock out.Advice to give water with 10~15% run off and check both pH and ppm(EC).Try to maintain pH around 6.0 if you are growing in Coco.And also check ppm(EC) level of run off whether it is too much higher than ppm in.Good luck and happy growing... ✌️

Use only pure Water now,2-3 Times watering and they back too live.In my opiniom level of Salt is too high and this is the reaction od plant.

Ou stated your meter is out of wack and that can most definitely and probably the culprit. Is it starting bottom up as that could also indicate not enough nitrogen resulting in the plant cannibalizing on itself. I would rule out lockout as you said you've flushed your medium. But if I had to guess from what I see I'd say ph. I like 6.2 6.6 cheers happy growing

Ok so I guess my old ph meter wasn't working correctly and I gave her water with a ph of like 5.5

Also when I watered her the runoff ph was about 0.7 lower than the input
Runoff EC was 1515
Is that too high?
I forgot the ppm of the solution I gave her the last time
