Tap water only 30 ppm

My tap water it is only 30ppm after 24hdo need to ad som extra nuts in the first weeks? using plagron light mixsoil.

Less then 10 days from sprout no. Just proper ph water. After day 10 start very light and step up as needed. Do NOT go of nutrition information on bottles.

Way too little watering - what should I do?I water my plants with about 1.5L every 3-4 days. My pot size is 18L, filled with 15L. Advanced Nutrients recommendations overkill(?)I am wondering... Advanced Nutrients gives you recommendations on how to feed your plants and claim to be testing their products on real plants, yet, that dosage in 1 litre of water brings the EC up to 2.8 which can kill a plant easy. Opinions?
