Any tips how to get humidity down when you use a closet to grow in? I already have a dehumidifier in there but it can't get humidity down properly.

The best way is to control the humidity outside the grow area. If your in a humid area and have a humidifier inside grow area, the exhaust fan will keep bringing in the humid air.

@MrStinky, I am not using an extractor as I have no option to get it out of the closet. I keep the door open to drop humidity which drops it to about 55% but when it's closed with this heat it can bump to 70%.

Are you using an extractor? They help maintain humidity, if not they are a good investment and you can stick a carbon filter on them. If you are using extractors, do you love in a wet or dry location? You could just open a window for some natural air exchange and stick a fan infront of it blowing fresh air in to the room. Otherwise get more deumidifiers or a bigger / better one.

@GrowCN, I literally have this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07KF6Y19V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I also just ordered https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01C6V5IVG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The area I use is part of the closet so its not that big.

What type dehumidifier are you using? I have found the inexpensive Peltier style to be almost useless with 60% relative humidity being about all it can manage when running 24/7. Compressor style dehumidifiers work much better and can get your humidity down into the 40% range if you want but can hold 50% pretty easily.

@Rookie_grows unfortunately the dehumidifier has only 1 setting and I already have the purifier on max speed. :( I am contemplating adding a second dehumidifier or maybe to save electricity some of those dehumidifier packs that don't require any electricity.

Increase temperature is a way I've used or a higher speed extraction to remove larger amounts of air, you could also try a dehumidifier outside the tent (depending if your intake if from your house)
