Can someone look at these and tell me how close I am to harvest and when to start the flush.. I tried taking close ups of the trichomes as best as I could ..new grower here and don’t know what I’m suppose to be looking for

Harvest when there are 90-95% brown pistils for a mind bending THC influenced head high.
Harvest when there are 98-100% brown pistils for a heavier and sleepier CBD influenced body type of stone.
Let your preferred type of effect guide your harvest timing - head high or body stone.
Start flushing 7-10 days before the desired pistil colour is reached, by using just plain water, nothing else.
There is no need to drown your plants, just water as normal, but only use plain water, nothing else, and this is all that is required for a suitable "flush".
"Flushing" is basically about reducing/removing the amount of nutrient salts in the plants' cells, it is not about drowning the roots or soil.

It’s important to know what you are growing so you have an idea of your flower cycle. At the moment I’m growing, Alien Bubba, I know that it’s flower cycle is about nine weeks. My girls are fat but firm and very sticky but they still have four weeks to go. A little bit of research can help you get an idea when they might be ready.
Your trichomes are still clear, you want them milky.

Always look at trichromes on buds not leaves for starters. Most cloudy and a few amber is usually a really good ratio. I would think you can start flushing and fading very soon if not now

For trichchomes 80%cloudy on the tips with 20% amber for my opinion I normally let them go 10 weeks flower (some strains longer) looks like your still early on buds should fatten up for you. She’ll tell you when she done new bud growth will stop (white pistil at top) an amber up. For flushing would flush week 8. You have plenty of fan leafs for her to suck dry just give her water. Nice grow nicely done
