Tried to get some more info off your diary, not much there. First off, I'd set your light schedule to 18/6..jmo Next, what soil are they in? What light do you have?

I'd say it's too wet for the seedling. If you use fabric pots, don't water them from above, rather put the pot with his feet in water, so that the taproot has the urge to grow down to find moisture. If you water on top (maybe daily), the roots have no need to grow and if it's too wet, the roots rot.

Soil dug up from the hills will be low in nutrients and this is why your plants are growing slowly. Yellow cotyledons are of no consequence, they have no input towards plant health, vitality or growth. Their only purpose is to protect the growing tip as it pushes through the soil, after this they turn yellow, die and fall off. You will be much better off transplanting them into some quality store bought soil designed for vegetable/herb growing if you want to harvest decent buds.
