After doing some research the closest thing I could find that looked like it was leafhopper damage. Try googling it, or check for it on growweedeasy.com

That definitely looks like a pest problem to me. Check your plant the best you can. Top leaves, bottom leaves, stem, nodes. They will be small so it's best to use a loop, or keep your phone camera handy and if you see ANY specks zoom in and take a picture as close as possible. Spider mites will leave webbing somewhere. Some bugs can burrow inside the leaf or stem a d cannot be wiped off. Azamax, azapro. Are great for pests in vegetation. I personally use Armor Si as a foliar feed very very lightly 2 times a week and I haven't had bug problems since. I think they hate the taste. I do more damage to my plants then anything now. Just my personal opinion, I could be wrong.

Hello. You can tell by all your answers this is a tough question. The quickest way to deal with this is to cut off the leaf and get it out of there. My questions are: Does it move like a insect, like a small white fly can you wipe if off or flake it off, either dry or wet with water, does look it fungal it doesn't look like eggs. could something have been sprayed on it? Chuck.
