First day of my first Grow Diary, friend gave me these so I thought I would see what they got, 4 x washing machine and 2 x Jaffa Cake, I will be scrogging, topping and performing some LST to open them up. Transplanted cuttings straight into the 12lt pots, I used the white shark powder around the root area during transplant. Food Making Notes: 1. Canna A, Canna B, Startbooster 2. Measured E.C at 1.2 3. pH'd from 6.5 down to 5.8 4. Added White Shark (just a sprinkle) Feeding was done primarily around the root zone, after a few days I will begin to saturate the whole medium. Update (+3 days): - Washing Machine have really settled in and has had some great growth, I have started doing LST and topping at the 4th node, video and pictures added. - Jaffa Cake not doing so well at the moment, they seem to have transplant shock, I am taking it easy for the moment, spraying them with a Super Thrive foliar spray, within the next feed I am planning to reduce the E.C to 1.0 and add super thrive to the food, along side the start booster and great shark. Update (+6 days) - Washing machine growing really well, got two growing perfectly and two of growing three leaves and many branches. - Jaffa Cake is now recovering from it's transplant shock, made a dome for them to create a high humidity environment while rooting in the pot, dome was sprayed with a mix of water and super thrive, I also made up a different batch of food with 50% of the nutrients, E.C around 1.0 (500pm).

Weeks just started, Jaffa Cakes have some visible signs on previous set of leaves due to transplant shock. The washing machine are absolutely thriving, really looking forward to scrogging them.

Week 3 (+3 Days): - Starting to give them full feeds, completely saturating the medium and allowing the plant to drink the food completely before feeding again (wet to dry cycle) - Added the ScroOG netand lowered it down to around 20cm from base of plant stems, just using the net to help spread the plant as much as possible during veg, the net will be raised at a later week. - The two Jaffa cakes still having rooting issues, however I think the one has rooted and starting to show signs of life, the other one still not growing :( - The Washing machine are doing great, really happy with the strain, feels like it will be a good strain for the net.

Start of week 4 and the washing machine looking great, got the scrogg net laid down and will be just tucking branches back under the net. After digging out the Jaffa plants which were not growing at all we realised that they came in soil not coco, after cleaning off the soil and treating with super thrive and great white, giving them a new mix of Coco and some food at 1.0ec they begin to show signs of life 🙌 Hopefully they catch-up with the washing machine. Not seeing any major signs of deficiency or toxicity atm

Everything seems to be growing great, introduced some B-52 into the feed, im probably thinking another 2 weeks veg from here due to the Jaffa cake initial growth stunt, should give me time to mostly fill the net out. Im feeding based on the recommendation on the advance nutrients bottles and e.c input is around 2.0, after this feed I will be feeding plain pH'd water for the rest of the veg period, this should allow the plant to consume the nutrients that have built up in the medium before switching to bloom nutrients. How do you think they look ?

Node spacing becoming very dense since I switched to feeding just pH water + aptus, ppms in coco still pretty high, they have had 1 week of just water so far and still growing very healthily, not showing any signs of deficiencies, all at growing beautifully. Right now my coco runoff ranges from 2000ppms to 8000ppms, im expecting that will have dropped more by the next feed (tomorrow). Im also thinking about transplanting them into 15ltr pots this week, will give them a lot of extra root space for flowering, right now they are drinking 6 litres every 2/3 days.

End of week 6, start of week 7 now, going to be flipping today, all the plants are very healthy, deep green with no signs of any issues, the net is mostly filled out and should hopefully get near full coverage by continued tucking through nthe stretch period. The food has been switched to base nutrients better suited for flower, will be using big bud and overdrive from the advanced line. Wish me look on the next phase 😀

Start of week 2 flower today, introducing big bud this week, gave them the full 4ml per litre recommend on the bottles and noted a small mute burn on a few of the leaves but nothing major. Switch to larger reservoir (25l -> 100l) and added bubbler stone as I'll be keeping the feed over 3/4 feeds, this should help keep the food solution oxygenated and fresher. Overall the plant is looking very healthy and seemed to transitioned to bloom food v. nicely.

Thing's are still going well, feeding is going well and they are eating at 2.2 e.c, plenty of food and boost in the solution with no burn, I may increase over recommended amount, had some weird stretching on two of the plants, not sure if something is wrong or just the genetics.. seen first video for example.. Ended up having a fair amount of stretching from the two Jaffa Cakes relative to the washing machine so I've out up the second support net but used it to further hold down the branches. They are drinking lots at the moment, fill recommended dose of A/B/B-52/BigBud, drinking a total of 5-6ltr per 48hrs, e.c coming on around 2.4 to 2.6 however plants seem to be absolutely loving life :)

Taking a look at the video in week 9 you can see that two of my plants have stretched substantially more than the others, im trying to figure out if this is something I can prevent or if this is purely genetics.. ant advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks

it is genetics.some phenotypes stretch more under hps lamps.but you can still try to minimize it using supercropping method. simply bend the tallest branch hard, break inner muscles,no surface cracks.it is not too late to apply it.bend it hard and tie it somewhere to keep that shape and you'll get a more even canopy than now

Things seem to be going well, buds are starting to fatten up, in feeding pretty high ppms but going to reduce them 25% for this week.

Going well, they are all drinking consistent, feeding them a pretty high dose at the moment, around 2.2ec, signs of burning and spotting int he leaves, think that might be few issues with A

Hey fellow growers, seeing yellowing on the leaves the past few weeks which I know is normal as you transition through flower, can someone help diagnostic the leaf issues in the video this week, I thing that this is just nutrient burn but would appreciate if someone could confirm

wellyou upped the ec...and growing with some wattageon them. Its just like, PLants are transpirating more, water evaporates, Nutrients stay in the plant. Now light and Heat reacts with the Plantleaves, and that is theeffect....... You see yellowish discolored of brown spreckled leaves So either go easier in nutes, or give them more water BUUUT... as you are in Week 6 of flower, i wont be to concerned about the leaves.... The Plant concentrates in flower now... Burnt leaves dont hurt her too much.... But yes you can help her in going easier in Nutrients or deluting them in giving more water
