Need some thoughts on how to correct this reoccurring problem on every grow I do. She is just about 5 weeks old, just flipped into flower 2 days ago. Happy frog soil, fox farms trio, city tap water with ph correction to 6.2. 1/4 gallon daily water.

Up your ph a touch to about 6.3 6.4 and just give a few water feedings—- every plant is different

So I did a run off, took 1 1/2 gallons to get it. Got a quart back out of the drip pan, it was 6.0 and the water I added was 6.0. Pretty low. So I will increase the amount of water I do to get a bit of runoff each watering and reduce the amount of waterings to 2-3 days. The ph water I add in next time will be 6.5 or so. I will check run off as I go. Thanks for your help as all 3 of you were on target. I will get a ppm tester and get that figured out too.

Im using 7 gallon fabric pots, with 3 fans running and the hid at 18" . The soil is dry to my second knuckle every am b4 watering and the pot always feels light. With that said and watering 1/4 gallon a day I dont get runoff so I would have to double or triple a watering to check that for ph or ppm. I use the drops to check ph, but willing to get a meter to check runoff if I need it which sounds like I do.

Daily waterings are dangerous. The substrate should have some time to dry out, or root mold will appear and cause a lot of damage.
