When should I put the pellet in the 5 gal pot??

I am currently growing a tangie'matic with "a pot for pot" grow kit. At first the seed germinates in a pellet. Then it says "put pellet in 5 gal soil mix after 10 days or when the third set of leaves matches the second." I did it after 10 days and this happened.

i had tried out a pot for pot kit if you check out my first diary...didn't go very well, something about pot for pot's setup is just not adequate, sorry about ur grow!

you're supposed to remove the paper from the jiffy otherwise it'll stop the roots from growing.

Transplant when you see roots coming out of the peat pellet. Check out my diary of my fast buds.. all germinated in peat pellets..

Do these look healthy? Thoughts? I'm new to hydro/growingI have autos growing in a dwc system being fed half the regular amount of hydroguard, calmag, and grow/bloom. 1 plant is a week younger. The dark green plant looks like its leaves are clawing and has big brown spots on the leaves. The other has some brown dots and little yellow.

Spotting issue consistent in all my grows. Have always thought Cal deficient but more Cal never fixes the issue. PH always checked with 2 PH pens 6.2-6.8.Always pops up around the same time in flower.. week 4/5. Brown irregular spots and occasional curling down on the fan leaves. The only things I have consistently used in all the grows is the LED light, RO water, and CALiMAGic. Switched to dry organics but now its back. N toxic?

Havent found any help for the issue my little girls having.. browning and drooping. Leaves are still ridged but curling up. My heat was a bit high but iv fixed that. So now @ 24C and 65 RH 24hr lights. No nutrients yet but have a very dilute 1:1:1 of the GH trio mixture.. no help

Do you think this is a toxic condition, a Ph deficiency or a sign of deficiency?My G13 showed signs of illness after my last watering. Day 105. I added İn my last irrigation 12ml Micro-6ml Grow-18ml Bloom-6ml Molasses-1.5ml Bloombastic-2ml B52 to 4 l. of water. I've kept the pH in the 6-6.5.(PPM1500)
