When should I put the pellet in the 5 gal pot??

I am currently growing a tangie'matic with "a pot for pot" grow kit. At first the seed germinates in a pellet. Then it says "put pellet in 5 gal soil mix after 10 days or when the third set of leaves matches the second." I did it after 10 days and this happened.

i had tried out a pot for pot kit if you check out my first diary...didn't go very well, something about pot for pot's setup is just not adequate, sorry about ur grow!

you're supposed to remove the paper from the jiffy otherwise it'll stop the roots from growing.

Transplant when you see roots coming out of the peat pellet. Check out my diary of my fast buds.. all germinated in peat pellets..

Moist build up at bottom - overwateredI believe this seedling had too much moist. The soil was moisty when I filled the pot.
Somehow the pot feels very heavy now and seems there is a build up at the bottom. I made some airpockets to the bottom.
Should I wait or take it out and put it into a cup and dry the soil?

Overwater?Over watered these girls somewhat. Although the pots are dry and very light when I do water. I think I have given too much at a time. Also about 2/3 hours before lights out they drop like I have never seen before. These pics are 12 hours after light on. First time in 16ltr pot
