Hi @letsgrooow, the are a few things it could be, most likely over watering and/or nute deficiancy (Prob. N) as you should now give her a very light feed once the first true leaves are out. Usually about 10% of the manufacturers recommended nute amount is a safe point for you and you could start iimmediately Be careful not to drown the seedling trying to get nutes in to her I would say is better to wait a few days for substre dry the give thr light feedfairly sure we have all done it more than once) or a high Rh. It can be potassium (K) deficiency among others. I say this because many moons ago once id destroyed countless innocent little seedlings, every way imaginable once I worked it out It was quite surprising how little water they need in veg providind you have good substrate and drainage. Hope this helps its my first attempt at answering a help question. sorry if not. ;-} #OUTDOORGANG

Go to 100% and if you have a separate bloom switch, turn that on too, I find this works best. 150 watts is not a huge amount and at 24 inches she should cope with it no problems, after all, your plant is "designed" to grow in full sun and the soil you are using should have enough nutrients for the first 4 weeks or more, without the need for additional fertilizers. Quite often the first few sets of leaves can be a bit funny for no reason at all, as the plants first priority is to get a decent root system established. Once she gets to the third or fourth set of leaves, they usually take off as if turbo charged and without showing any weirdness in the leaves. Remember too, no plant will ever have 100% perfect leaves, 100% of the time. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Sounds like everything your doing is right. Are you using dechlorinated water? They are pretty light but not too bad. Happy frog should have enough food in it to support her until about day 30 or 40 depending on the size of container your growing in.

Hi, sometimes seeds can be a little weird. Make sure that PH is more like 6.3-6.5 and you should be fine—- it will grow out of that weirdness! Good luck✌️🏻💚🌿💨

Seeds are finicky in the early stages. You might have gave her a little to much light at the start.
