I got these seeds from grower's choice. They were supposed to be auto flowers. It's been 8 weeks no sign of fllowers so I'm switching the light schedule to force them into flower. Has anybody else run into this problem with auto flowers?

Yes!!! It’s so annoying, but it happens! Just watch out for males! You can speed up the process by doing straight 24 hours of darkness and then go 12/12. Sorry! It happens!

They are just about to go into flower so you don't need to change your time. I have 4 autos in mine and 3 went into flower 2 weeks ago on week 5 and now I'm week 7 and my 4th is like yours and its just about to start with the pistils. It's good in a way when they veg longer.

Without saying too much, because im not 100% sure.. But it is very rare that autoflowers dont show sex in week 3-4. so if you flip the light to 12/12 and they do, i woud write to the seed company, asking for a refund or some new seeds 😊 Wish you the best of luck mate 🙏

I have had a few autos that i grew outdoors that took 8 weeks to flower. I believe it took them longer because i started them in cooler temps in mid spring. The company could have messed up and put photoperiods in the package also. Best of luck with your grow.
