Is that coco and pearlite or soil? This may sounds obvious but have you fed your plants yet? Is there food in the soil at all? What is your PH? Yellowing of the leaves like yours can come from low ppm ( low food) or improper PH.
I would say your moisture content seems good maybe do a full saturation in a week and continue your watering schedule. Always start with smaller amounts more often and as the plants get bigger you want to increase the amount of water each watering and let the pots dry out to where they feel light when picked up. You can stick your finger first nuckle deep to check moisture too. You'll know when they are too dry when the leaves are drooping. Try not to get to the point of drooping but get as close as you can to it without the drooping leaves.
