Silly question, but when your watering are u getting the leaves wet? Looks like light burn from reflecting through water

My plant has nutes burn AND Phosphorus deficiency...Hi! I started week 4 of flower with a PK excess (nute burn) so I flushed the medium. I started the nutes the following watering cause I saw some PK deficiency appearing. But now, my plant shows signs of both nute burns AND Phosphorus deficiency. Super thin leafs at the TopThe leaves at the top are super thin, different to the others, the leaves are also darker green, I think it has some kind of problem! Weird Spots on almost every leaf overnight? (Leaf Burn???) My plant developed these spots on the leaves basically overnight...I was looking after them just yesterday evening and the plant was fine, however I did a mistake.
The left plant got completely wet (i had to move it through the rain) and i did not dry it before the light went back on.
Right plant is completely fine.

Leaves looking droopy.The leaves turned droopy when I visited the tent today. Could it be underwatering? Currently, I am watering every 48 hours 1L water until I get a slight runoff. After 2 days the soil is pretty much dried out as I got told that should be done with BioBizz nutrients.Week 5
