Perfectly normal, outdoor plants respond to the days getting shorter and do not need a 12/12 cycle to begin flowering, just the days getting shorter, signalling that Fall/Autumn is approaching and now is the time to start flowering, even if there is 14 hours between sunrise and sunset.
Leave her be, there is nothing to worry about, she "knows" what she is doing!
You should be happy that she is, this way she will be finished before the rains come and there will be an almost zero chance of bud rot!!
Cheers, Organoman.
