One plant of 4 outdoor plants is farther along in flowering than the others, I'd guess by a week or two (my first grow). What would make this happen and should I be concerned? Plant also shows signs of possible Mg deficiency, being corrected.

Every seed collected, even if off the same mother plant has slightly different inherited traits. This is noticeable both indoors and outdoors when growing multiple seeds of the same strain. It’s not a bad trait to have, especially this year since growing outdoors has been especially challenging. Gwen’s definitely a hottie though 🌱

This is fairly typical variation due entirely to the individual seeds genetics and not a problem or unusual occurrence.
Even seeds from the same strain, taken from the same packet, will show different flowering styles and also can have slightly different nutrition and water needs.
You don't have anything to worry about, this is generally known a "phenotypic variation".
Nice plants by the way, you sure can't beat sunshine, soil and the great outdoors!

Harvest timeIt's been around 8 weeks since flowering and to me the buds seem ready. However, these white pistils keep appearing and makes me think thank it's not ready. What do you think ? I also started watering just plain water, but i think i should go back to adding nutrients.

three plants in tent 2 are badly nute burned - think using overdrive too soon. have had to trim off all the leaves leaving the big bud sites. at this stage should i just be flushing for the final weeks? are they dead? will it damage the flavour of the smoke and potency?

Yellowing Budsights Early Fower (organic grow)I fed the plants yesterday and noticed that it was too warm in the tent. (86F)
So I change the light time to 9pm-9am.
As a result, the plants had 24 hours of darkness in the tent.
When I turned on the light today I noticed that some of the buds had yellowed.
