Seeds are ready around 4 weeks after polinisation ( sometimes 3 weeks ) so depending on the plant flowering period but it is generally between 8 to 10 weeks for a photoperiodic strain so during week 4 or 5 is the best moment . To be true the besto moment is : when you can see pistils packing on the plant

Go to youtube and search for cannabis seed making think the guy runs the Grow Pot Cheaply channel. He does go into some good detail on the subject, one thing to keep in mind is those seeds have to mature so early enough to give them a few weeks.
