I’m no expert, but based on looking at the plant as a whole, the buds look underdeveloped, as in it certainly needs a few more weeks. Check my grow, it’s my only one. I’m around the same week as you, though I have 9 of the same strain.3 of mine are further along than the rest. The latter 6, 3 look to be 2-3 weeks younger than the ones that that I mentioned above. Even though they all were born at the same time.

Not even close. You have at lease 3-4 more weeks to go. Trichomes should be amber on the buds! Not the leaves for measurement! You are still in the cotton ball phase.

If she’s only been in flower for two weeks-Flowering alone takes 8 weeks. I’d suspect you still have 5 weeks give or take before she’s ready. Make sure when you check the color of her trichomes (crystals) you check on the buds and not on the sugar leaves. Those tend to amber a bit quicker 🌱
