Does this look like over watering or heat stress? Tent hits 30c for a couple of hours a day but try to keep it at 27 I was foliar spraying daily to keep humidity up but think this may have caused me to over water I see some brown spots appearing on one of the leaves also.

Looks like heat stress. Might be a lil nutrient lock out too.

30 isn't too bad. I run air conditioning in my lung room to keep the max at 29 and occasionally it hits 30. Above that and your growth rate will slow but the plant will be OK. I don't get concerned until it hits 35 or more.

Looks like heat stress and water damage. Open up the tent, get better air exchange, they don’t like super high heat.

Spruzzare le foglie non aiuta molto con l'umidità ma con quel caldo potresti bruciarle...Non hai umidificatore? oppure metti stracci bagnati attorno

Hi, I believe it's a simple case of spraying your plants with water, thing to remember is water acts like a magnifying glass and once settled on a leaf it will intensify the light being emitted through the water, if your trying to raise RH and do not have a humidifier then dip a towel in hot water and place the towel infront of a circulation fan, this will raise the RH for a short period of time, but not good if your struggling with temps, hope this helps
