Burnt curling leave tips

So this is actually the second round, ive already flushed with ph water, pulled any really bad leaves, then transplanted. It seem to be bouncing back! Then started again. Im again, using LEDS with heatlamp. I have only been using water no nutrients in case it was nutrien burn. ?

What to do with crispy curly fan leaves that do have some resin on them?, I'm already on flushing.Some fan leaves are starting to look a bit too crispy and curly, they do have some trichomes, I'm 3-4 days into flushing.
I'm not sure if the dry matter can "contaminate" the buds somehow, and don't know if I should do something about it, I'm planning to get some "bubble hash"

Dry brittle leavesDiscoloured older leaves curling up at the edges and turning dry and brittle. I think my problem is over or under watering. I've been very careful to avoid overwatering so I'm leaning towards the latter but what I've read online suggests dry/brittle means overwatering. Thoughts?

PPFD Management -- Am I doing this right? :) (See fan leaf photos for curling)TS1000 (150W x 2), set to 75% at 12-14". "Photone" app (yes, not as good as a PAR reader) reads 580-700 PPFD, so I sense these girls aren't getting as much light as they could. Soil ph 5 HELPOK guys managed to get a soil ph reader. The ph of the soil is 5. My fan leaves have clawed on my photo biscotti from barney's. I've just watered using water ph'd at 8 gave her 2 litres. Any suggestions going forward. Should I remove the clawed leaves?
