Photos taken in burple light are... I won't say useless but they aren't as helpful as taking the plant out into natural light for photos. There appears to be some mottling on the leaves and seeing it's true colors would be helpful to tell if you have a nutrient issue.

If you are talking about the cotyledons or the bottom set of round leaves don't worry about those. They will shrivel up and fall of anyway. As far as your true leaves it is too hard to see with that purple light shining on them. Turn off the light and take another picture.

You need to take another pic with just natural light. Did you go from one extreme to the next with watering? adding nutrients this early. People will need more info to be able to help you. What is your soil mix made of? what type of lights.
