Are you foliar feeding with anything that has sugars in it, or using old spray bottle that might be colonized with some mildew?
Other thing might be is honey dew insect frass from a pest, maybe aphids or mites or scale or whitefly, it looks to be rotting on the plant as it drips down. Ants and flies normally clean this up as its sweet.
The glossy wet leaves leads me to believe something is very wrong though, the discoloration is also showing something is off in the nutrients. Llkey overfed with little to no runoff using liquid fertilizer.
With out a diary this is going to be hard to solve. No one knows the history of this plant or whats being done to it. we can't even see its overall health just a snapshot of some of its leaves somewhere on the plant.
I think you need to upload a lot more pics and information before anyone can make this make sense.
