Is my EC ok for plain water?

Stupid question but the EC on my meter is it 0.3 or 3.7? I never really minded the EC just ppm as I grow in canna Coco plus but now I'm wondering if the EC is actually right. PH is usually 6.3-6.4.

It means your ppm is about 185ppm 0.37.
500ppm is 1.0 ec. 1000ppm is 2.0 ec Take your ppm and double it. This is the hanna reading.

So it’s not bad for tap water.. anything above .4 EC would be worrisome to me.
And yours is .37

Regarding autoflower plant's is recommended to be 3g per liter substrate
Overfeeding deficiency it is very rare in those circumstances as all the material are organic.

First time testing PPM and slightly panicked :cRunoff was at 2200PPM. I flushed her with 5L of pH 5.8 water. I got the runoff to 1000PPM where I left it. The pH was at 7 though and was higher than before the flush. Why is that? I always pH before watering. Also, is the flush going to cause trouble for her? I kind of panicked.6y ago
