I had the same problem last grow... Mine appered after I overwathered, and by the looks of your soil I think its your problem too...

Personally, I'd just pop them off and see how the rest of the plant does. You don't need them anyway. Check your water and soil pH.

Spots on leaves, dying leaves, afraid of bud rot later. Last grow same plant-similar problems in the end bud rot. SleepyJoe Strain.I was advised 10 days ago that my plant was overfed.
Since then it has only been getting 6.5 water and unfortunately new problems are starting to appear.
100% organic soil
biobizz fertilizer, using the manufacturer's recommended "all-mix".

Lack of light or Cal-mag?Some spotty leaves here at the base of the plant. The overall plant heath is fantastic and dense, haven’t done much defoliation so the bottom gets very little light. Does not rub off- was worried about rust at first.
