That CFL is JUNK for starters ...they will grow but very slow. The first picture that plant is underfed badly or has some nute lockout due to PH possibly or just not enough nutrients.

Almost impossible to tell as you have no diary info: Strain? Auto / Photo? Light? PH? Nutrients? RH? Substrate? Watering habits?

I’m trying to understand why all the perlite on top? Yeah I agree with Ezzjaygrows, your light is a very limiting factor in your garden. You really need to start pumping some good PPFD at them. I started with a crappy 50W Innova light from Costco. My seedlings were barely able to stand up. The moment I got them under my HLG Scorpion Diablo, she stood right up. Spend a few bucks on a good light. Beware of the amazon specials. Do some research and invest in a light that will serve you well.

I'm no expert.. infact I'm a total novice... only joined today but I had thr same problem... I found out 2 possible causes 1 watering to often 2 wrong colour light I stop watering and now only water when the top of soil is dry, I change my light from just veg (blue) to veg and bloom(white) . I use a viparspectra 450.. everything seems to be doing good now.. I even have a aroma when I open my tent my plants are behind so I couldn't even tell you how old they are but all is good... if anyone disagrees with me then I will take there advice in board cause it will help me out too

Early pre-flower Would too much stress in seedling stage cause an auto to go into pre-flower so early? Well time wise not early, but growth wise really early. Only 1 of my grow that it happened with. Light is 18 hrs and nutes same as rest.

Big enough to flower? Going for yield Is this girl big enough to flower? She is roughly 4 weeks old, has been Perfect from start (even topped herself).I lollipopped her a couple of days ago. Same tent, same seeds package, same germination method, same soil, same light but big height difference. What could it be? Thanks 💚Hi guys, what do you think could be the reason for such a difference in heights at this stage? The short one sprouted 12h earlier and you can probably see is a little ahead in nodes/leaves development but stayed low. I even tried switching them places in the tent a few days ago.

Short bushy plants Got these short bushy plants filling the whole 1 square meter space. Usually I yield about a pound of dry flower out of that space with the same setup but taller plants. These only range from 1ft to 2ft tall at day 17 bloom. Can yield be less because they are short? Thanks!
