OK..After looking at ur diary. I've good news and a few things for u 2try, use whichever you have the tools to get the best results (like how quick you can control the temp swing and such) So here's my list 1. As you're in pre flower if you do 3 sessions of 730nm FAR RED with light on this creates a shadow affect on your plant and forces it to stretch. Most ppl don't hv a 730nm far red bull (if u do, mes me as I have more tips you can use 730nm far red to increase your flowering time by 10-15% during flowering giving u more bud 2. Temp swings can be a massive help if u know what to do and ur plant to grow their internode further apart. So, when ur lights are on (the hottest part of ur day) and then when lights go out make it so its the coldest. (Also increasing your exhaust with light off will lower the temp and with light on lower your exhaust % so your temp goes up, as ur in pre flower you can push it to 28-29 c and lights of if u can get a 6-7c change in temp your plants will stretch 3. Now this technique is fairly advanced and if you don't know how to stretch a plant by what I said. Maybe you can use these method in the future. So. Take a set of nodes. If you take 1/3rd of the leafs durin late/early veg/pre flower off 1 side a and leave the other side alone you'll see the one with more foliage will be maybe twice as bigger, u can control your node growth by removing leafs. Doing this takes time and to do it right u need a few grows to understand how node growth works. 1 thing I will say. If u do 1 thing on a set of nodes anything on the right side try repeat best you can on the left side. Also, the 1st sets of nodes, the ones with the 1 leaf underneath In future I recommend stripping them as soon as you can as they've only 1 leaf the node is an energy sapper. Also, you can do Defoliation in-between the nodes to thin it out, do in in sections, say the plant is 60cm high. Take some leafs off the 2-3 set of nodes and then skip the next 1 r 2 and remove some from the set above it tricks the plant. (This is advanced and after 2yrs I only know now to do this properly and the right time. The temp swing thing though you'll be able to get tat in .with lights on bring the temp up to 28-29c you go beyond that but you'll need to supplement the plant been able to take that level of simulating is with co2. If you need me to walk u through it..shoot me a message. I've a few ways of how you can stretch ur plant.. If u want to make it stretch lower your ppfd % of light and put ur light back up to 60cm. I've lots of ways. Its just what u hv to help u In the 7-10 days u might have left of upwards growth. Mes me your coldest tent temp. Once there's a 7-8c change ur sure you'll get a stretch. But Defoliation in sections and keeping others bushy can trick the plant into upwards growth

It will stop stretching around 2 weeks after you see flowering traits start. It will still grow after but not nearly as fast. I can see buds forming with groups of pistils. So its happening now. Some plants don’t stretch a lot some do, i find indicas don’t and sativias do, but its not that simple anymore with how mixed the genetics are. Its also just my experience and might not be reflective of others. Best Of Luck!
