From the look of those leafs that looks to me like iron deficiency looking at the way the leaf is yellowing from the stem to the tip.
If you are using heavily filtered / RO water this could be your underlying cause.
Iron deficiency is really a rootzone problem - overwatering or wonky pH can lock it out.
Suggested fix:
Test run off pH - flush and balance if required.
Add some Calimagic or Fe booster to your feeds - avoid high zinc manganese and copper nutrients.
Iron def is treatable and if you get on top of it quickly those leaves may even go green again.
