Do I cut both plants to start drying

My question today is should I start the drying process for my 2 plants.. I cut the top off both plants that are drying now because they broke n was heavy just not sure about the rest of the plant

One Week and 2nd Germinated Seed didn't break the surface? Hope is lost?2nd plant didn't sprout yet. It's "brother" is already 5cm high and growing. Both did germinate together, but this one didn't break the soil/medium surface as the other. Is this a lost cause (after 1 week)? Do I continue to wait? Is there something I can do about it? Is it weird for a hermie plant to have pistils and anthers inside a male ball at the internodes?So I’ve seen this before on an auto flower run. All turned out with no seeds but I have 2 monkeyberry plants rn that look like they have that exact same thing going on. How do I drop my RH down when nothing works? Check Diary. Will defoliation be a good idea? Open tent door and leave it open?My 2x2 is starting to crowd. This is driving the RH to over 70%. Should I defoliate to help with crowding and RH? Or should I just leave it alone? RH in lung room is 48% Exhaust fan, high or low with a dehumidifier, doesn't work. What should I do? Defoliate?
