Do I cut both plants to start drying

My question today is should I start the drying process for my 2 plants.. I cut the top off both plants that are drying now because they broke n was heavy just not sure about the rest of the plant

What is wrong with my plants? Buds look a bit off - nute burned 1 (2 others were not that affected) - can i defoliate since they are packed? (Autoflowers)First grow. Had many troubles along the way. 2 seeds from same packet - different looking plantsCurious about the noticeable visual differences between the 2 Tangerine Dream Auto's. Two seeds from same packet of 5. #1 has thinner fingers with 7 lobes and is a full 2" taller. #2 is shorter, bushier and has 9 lobe thicker fingered leaves.Thoughts?
