It's a form of mold from over watering. Scrape it off and let your medium dry up more before watering.

What do you guys count as day 1 of flower, the flip to 12-12 or the first pistils comin in?I ask because I wanna make sure I'm counting accurately for the timing of the flush. My GSC took 2 weeks of 12-12 before showing pistils so is that actually 2 weeks of flower or does 8-10 weeks of flower start from the first pistils?Week 9
