Leave them be unless damaged they are the factory of the plant.

If its an autoflower just feed it and let it go if its a photo just wait one or two more weeks before defoliation alot of growers do defoliation more for the look rather than the acutal benefit of the method which should only be used in a few very certain set of circumstances in my opinion and the only few reasons to remove a healthy leaf from a plant is if it is blocking light over a bud site and only cut the leaf if you cannot tuck it under the netting or move it out the way. every healthy leaf you removed you are taking away that surface area of the plants leaf to convert the sunlight into energy and when in flower the leaves work to build the buds larger the only other justification for removing healthy growth would be to free up air movement which is only really used in large tents which have alot of large plants causing alot of humidity in a small space defoliating will free up all important air flow room to keep your intake and extraction performing optimally. all my opinion best of luck :)

Let them suck up that light, that's why they're big. Imagine them as large solar panels on your roof, you don't want to remove the largest one right? Looks like you're trying to do too much, just let it grow. Just my 2 cents. I pluck leaves like that when it starts to flower, not alot just enough to allow more light below. If the leaves in Q sre discolored it makes the decision easier.

I wouldnt really say you have too many leafs looking at it, looks fine to me. If some of the bigger leaves end up blocking lower bud sites, it doesnt really look like it is atm on the pictures, you could remove them to allow the lower budsites better light access.
