She seems to be picking up on growing speed finally! Had a little accident where my ferrets climbed in the tent and jumped on top of the plant. Wasn't sure if she would pull through but she seems to have recovered pretty decently. She is growing lots of leaves. I'm unsure what the best thing to do is with them. Will get some info from the question section. Peace out.

I recently started growing in my new HS40 with the TS1000. How high should I put the TS1000 at untill she sprouds? Should I keep her on 25% untill she sprouts or can I push it up a bit? The light is all the way up.

Hi, hab auch mit ner 1000 TS angefangen. Du kannst die Lampe auf 30cm Höhe hängen und ca. 20-25% Leistung geben. Würde erst mal mit 20% anfangen, erhöhen kann man immer noch.

I feel like she is developing slowly compared to other plants I've seen. She is almost 2 weeks in and still only has her first pair of leaves. What am I doing wrong? Should I start feeding her already? The lamp is at 30cms as per just now, it was at 60cm so far on 25%.

Hmmmm... for my autos (and they're all I grow), I honestly don't bother with all this "reduced light" stuff... if I'm growing in a tent, I give them one day of slightly shaded exposure to 100% lights and thereafter, my lights are on 100% 24/7 until I harvest. I've just started 3 autos outdoors on my porch and they JUST broke the soil this morning - and they are getting 100% of the sun's light (and I will be taking them into my tent every night for 100% light so they get 24/7) and doing extraordinarily well. I can't be bothered with all the fidgeting with lights, tbh... I've grown too many other kinds of plants all my life and anything that can tolerate full sunshine can start out life in full light. You're about at the point where I start mine on 1/4 strength nutes and I would suggest this to you. I would also transplant as soon as you can into the pot they're going to finish their life in (autos don't really like to be transplanted at all so I always germinate in either a 3-gallon or 5-gallon fabric pot) Be VERY careful when you transplant that you don't disturb the roots very much if at all! I would transplant, let the lady rest and recuperate from that for a day or two and then introduce your 1/4 strength nutes - and I think she'll be off to the races! Good luck... she looks good!

I just transplanted her 3 days ago, but her color seems to be changing to a sad green and she is not growing. I think I might have accidentally damaged her roots while transplanting. Did I break her and should I give up or continue? The water is gets is 6.2.

From what I can see you have not given any food. from what I can see if your in coco/perlite mix. Which is great for root development. Both Great white and bosys are for breaking down food and creating a healthy root system. But they need food to break down. So you have 2 choices. Top dress or bottle feed. 1. Top dress(I have zero exp so take this with a grain of salt ), like mentioned below adding coffee grounds. You add this to the top of your soil( or mix in when creating a "Super soil") and as they break down they release food for the plant. You have to pay attention to the NPK of the things your adding as they need to be in the correct values/amount for each stage of growth. If you want to go this route I would look into finding a single brand that has a veg and bloom top dress mixture pre mixed that you just add. 2. Bottles( this is how I started and stuck with ). This you would be finding a brand and using the "Feed Chart" they supply and add 1/4 what they recommend as feed to your plant. You will also want to get and EC/PPM pen, This will help you figure out if your over feeding or under feeding. Also if your in straight coco like a said above then you want to have your PH at 5.8 for veg and 6.2 for flower ( always stay in the range of 5.5-6.5 range) Good luck and Happy Growing

What causes the stem to be redish? Is this normal or a sign of deficieny? Or does she lack nutrient? If so what nutrient?

red petioles and red stems are 2 different things. red petioles can come from the LED lights or a nute deficiency... gotta check the leaf chart.. (google and save animage of one for your own reference) -- P-deficiency. So, i'd consider what you currently feed, any experience... don't blast it with P blindly as it could easily be casued by intense LED lighting and some plants just react that way to LED it seems. i've tried to give more P and it does nothing for it and would often bring out some symptoms of overfeeding.. so i was pretty sure it was teh LED in my context... rule things out and don't react too quickly. for future reference.. streaks of read in stems.. not petioles.. are a symptom of sulfur-deficiency

My baby is finally starting to grow and expand fast. I'm unsure what the best thing to do is with the leaves, as there seem to be so many. Should I take down some leaves? Should I leave them? It's the first time growing in such a small tent and a auto.

I would not be defoliating your plant, its still small and the canopy is just right. One rule of thumb for the future is to only remove the bigger fan leaves leaves that are blocking other sites below from getting light. This combined with trying to keep the tent floor in shade and no direct light beams hitting the ground are good things to keep in mind when thinking about removing leaves. Also the plant uses the leaves to make energy and grow so its not the best thing to remove any of them when not needed. Anyone know what the problem can be that my plant looks like this and is not growing atm? Weird leaf colours and the newer leaves are clawing. Already flushed it last week twice. I posted some more comments about it in my diary and pictures too. Any tips/advise/help is welcome

94% humidity! If you are not using a fan of any sort, the plant can not transpire properly and get rid of waste products, affecting new growth due to internal toxicity. The solution is simple, but it might be difficult getting this plant to recover.

@Se7en616, I've just looked at your diaries and can't find one that has these symptoms.... if you've got concerns about your grow, there's a place at the bottom of your diary where you can post a question to the rest of the growers on the site and get their opinions (one of them will, I'll tell you, be mine...) But it's a really useful way to get other thoughts on what might be going wrong with a grow and what you might do about it...

@Se7en616, I HOPING it's not mosaic virus.... if yours is doing the same thing - small leaves, mottled pigment, read up on the virus at this link and see what you think.... it's not been scientifically proven that cannabis can be infected with this particular virus BUT.... https://2fast4buds.com/news/tobacco-mosaic-virus-in-cannabis-plants-symptoms-and-prevention
