i'd wager some sort of lockout of P. See blue in leaves -- if tricked by photo, still looks overfed with major clawing going on. claw + tip burn. (tip burn alone could still be deficiency)
the wrinkles could be a sign of overwatering. possibly heat stress... or even nute issues...
when seeing multiple symptoms (possibly conflicting), it's usually lockout.
i see you are soil. what are your irrigation habits?
should let top inch dry and irrigate... learn weight of pot when top 1" is dry... just takes a quick feel to know when time is right. get some runoff... ~10% will ensure you get the entirity saturated... no dry pockets, which will cause all sorts of issues like pH swings and drastically varying concentrations of nutes -- which could cause all the problem you are seeing.
luckily, they look quite minor. if any of that sounds useful, try implementing better watering techniques before doing anything drastic with feed. if it different from how you irrigated before, it very well may clear up on its own.
