Do you know the PAR levels of your Lights? So many things can cause this. I had similar issues.
Here are some of the causes I ran into.
1. Lights turned up too high
2. Calmag deficiency
3. PH issues (Had to recalibrate my PH meter.)
4. Spider Mites.
I finally got mine turned around, but it took solving all the issues above to get the leaves to stop doing this.
One thing I did to help was remove the damaged leaves after an adjustment so I could see if it corrected the problem. Just from experience I have never seen the plant repair a leaf. If I left them, the plant just killed them off on its own.
