HPS is expensive to run but superior to LED.
I would go with the Mars Hydro just for the savings on electricity.

Hps is far superior to the LED. However you can use both lights in a grow and you will yield alot.

You will most likely get more dense buds with the hps but it's going cost more in electricity and give of more heat. Nowadays I stay away from hps cos my setup is to small and getting rid of the heat is a problem for me.

A 600 HPS will eat LED lights for breakfast.
As long as you are able to control the heat and don't mind the extra running costs of the HPS, I would definitely pick the 600 HPS over the LED.

Currently my lights are on a 18/6 schedule, from 6am, until 12am.
I want to change their light cycle to start at 4pm and turn off at 10am, so the heat of the light balances the chill of the night.
Whats the best way to do this, without triggering flowering, or stressing them.

Will a 1000w LED be enough for flowering?Im about to start my 3rd ever grow, now I cant get enough of it. For my last 2 grows, in a 90x90x200 tent, I've has a MARS Hydro TS 1000w LED for Veg / 600w HPS for Flowering.... Can I use only the LED throughout? The heat from the HPS is crazy. Lights for heat- 24/7 okay?I really need the heat of the lights to keep the inside of my tent warm. To warm the air around the tent 24/7 would be expensive- much more expensive than using the lights all the time. But will this work with 24 hour lights? Will that stress the plants?
