Springtails. do they "Spring" quickly a short distance in the water? If so they are completely harmless to the plant and no action is needed.

I'm growing 3 plants and one of them just stopped growing as much as the other two despite me offering the exact same treatment(and has light green leHello, its hard to see in the picture but her leaves are lighter than the other 2, i am using biobizz nutrients only just put once acti-vera and fish mix in very low quantities and i have sprayed neem oil too. This preflower crap is stumping me..Took another look at that pre-flower on my bag seed outdoor plant. It looks like it split open but I don't see any white hairs. Will the males split open like this? I found another on the other side also but it wasn't split open.

Slow Growth and Leaf IssuesTransplanted outdoors over a week ago and have noticed slow growth and new leaves have little holes and yellow spots on them. I've checked for bugs but can't see anything.
