overwatering -- frequency or volume. the latter is easy to avoid.. the first is too... simply wait for top 1" to dry before re-irrigating. done.
if oyu have symptoms from that behaviour, it is due to the drainage quality of your substrate. improve it with more perlite or similar. in a high water-capacity soil, you want 50/50 with the soil-to-drainage amendment of choice.
in coco, which holds less water than typical soil, you only need 30% drainage amendement (total, including what may come in any packaged soil)
Depending on how your habits deviated from best practice irrigation, the droopiness may or may not be from that.
regardless of that, you have a nitrogen deficiency.
i don't see a smorgasborg of symptoms, so i doubt your issues are from overwatering. if droopy for a couple hours after an irrigation, that's due to the drainage quality of your soil.
beside N, if feeding too high elsewhre, that could be causing the clawing leaves too.. so eliminate possibilities and go with best guess.
