Collodoil silver method ? An F1 is the best starting place for breeding. Though I would look into more natural ways if I were you. Breeding is quite a long process ive been growing about 5-7 years maybe longer and I have only ever tried once and it didnt work out very well at all though. Genoration by seeds and generation by clones are different things truth is you can run a clone genetic for 50 genorations and only have slight problems though when making seeds after the 3 generation of seeds things can get wild which can be good or bad you can get really shit growing plants with shit qualities and you can get really good plants with good qualities and thats what breeding is all about finding the best isolating them and continuing the breed and rinse and repeat until you get the ideal qualities you want. Its a very long an arduos task but if done correctly the pay offs can be monumental. Strains like Cheese started in the indoor gardens of uk growers and that pheno has almost reached every single corner of the globe :) I had dreams of creating such a strain though I dont think I would have the time and growing skill to do it correctly and to get something magical. Imagine being the grower who bred stardawg or any of the well known strains I bet hes laughing his ass off right now :)
