And answer your questions : LED clip has 60 diods (39 red 620-625 nm, 21 blue 460-465 nm), im using red light (flower stage). Temperature in room is almost ideal 25°C and humidity is very high 55-60% now (new house and high humidity is big issue here - not for flowers i guess :D).

Well first of all, they're going to need a whole lot more light than 5 hours a day... Light is measured in nanometers (nm) and the ideal range for weed in flower is 620-780nm with 660nm being apparently "ideal." If your light gives you that, that's good - BUT you need to be giving that to them at least 18 hours a day. I would also pay attention to both temperature and humidity levels... with humidity probably being the thing that is of most concern as I'm sure your house is warmer than it is outside... but the humidity is probably much drier as a result.
