As soon as you can. Start off slow. Never give full recommended dose stated on nutrients as you are more likely to burn you plant. The most important thing I see about hydroponics is pH and water temp. Issues with either of those cause major problems down the line. A good phrase is, Less is more, only give her what she needs. I would suggest now. Whatever you have use 1/2 - 3/4 as much as it says on the bottle at the start then slowly start to increase the potency of your nutes. be aware of your ph.
